With his multiple faces, he is able to see the suffering and troubles of all living beings and is ready to provide them with his assistance and blessings. His appearance, with long hair and gentle expression, exudes a sense of calmness and serenity, making her a perfect object of devotion for those seeking inner peace and tranquility.

He has long hair that falls on her shoulders and wears a piece of cloth resembling a sash. Juichimen Kannon is often depicted holding a wish-granting vase, and she wears celestial robes.
