The Thousand-Armed Kannon has unique visual characteristics. It has a total of 40 arms, with 20 arms on each side.
Each arm holds various tools such as a treasure sword, a water flask, and a bow and arrow. On top of its head, it wears a crown with eleven faces, similar to the Eleven-faced Kannon.
The Thousand-Armed Kannon is said to be a further transformation of the Eleven-faced Kannon.
